Am I eligible for a concession ticket?

• Concession subscriptions are available to recipients of means-tested pensions or benefits. Proof of eligibility for concessions must be provided at the time of booking. Travel Cards, Seniors Cards and other non-means-tested cards cannot be accepted as proof of entitlement.
  

Can I get student rush tickets?

• Subject to availability at time of purchase full-time students can buy rush tickets from the venue box office one hour prior to each concert for only $15. Student identification is required at time of purchase.
  

What if I lose my tickets?

• If you lose or misplace your tickets we will issue free replacement tickets prior to the concert from the venue box office.
  

Can I get a refund or exchange if I can't make it to a concert?

• Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and no refunds can be made once payment has been processed. Neither can tickets be exchanged for other concerts within the series.
  

Do the concert venues have disabled access?

• Hobart Town Hall and Theatre Royal Hobart are both accessible by wheelchair and have facilities for wheelchair users. Please mention your requirements when booking.
